Experienced Tower Climber / Crew Lead

Wavestar Solutions is hiring experienced NWSA certified Telecommunications tower climbers / crew leads with 3+ years' experience working on T-Mobile and other major carrier projects.

• Eligible candidates MUST have current NWSA certification.
• This is not a training position.
• Rookies do not apply.

Requirements:

3+ years tower climbing experience (Preferred) NWSA Certified (TT-1 minimum) (Required) OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 (OSHA 30 preferred, OSHA 10 Required) Strong rigging, hoisting, and fall-protection knowledge Skilled in fiber splicing, cabling, rigging, welding, and bucket operation. Knowledge of telecommunications technologies including 3G, 4G/LTE, and 5G networks. Microwave installation, testing, and RF troubleshooting experience Ability to lead and delegate a crew Comfortable working at height in all conditions

Perform high voltage work, fiber splicing, cabling, and installation for 3G, 4G/LTE, and 5G networks. Conduct rigging tasks for lifting and positioning equipment using appropriate tools and techniques. Install, troubleshoot, and maintain telecommunication equipment including low voltage systems. Execute field service tasks such as cabling, wiring, and system testing on towers and ground-based infrastructure.
