Experienced Veterinary Client Service Representative

Westbrook Veterinary Clinic in Pelham, MA is looking for a full-time Veterinary Client Service Representative (CSR) to join our dedicated, friendly team. Your work will help ensure that every visit runs smoothly and that clients feel informed, valued, and heard.

Responsibilities include:

Greeting clients and pets with warmth and professionalism Managing phone calls, emails, and texts efficiently and with empathy Scheduling appointments, surgeries, and procedures Checking patients in/out and maintaining accurate electronic medical records Handling payments and processing refunds Assisting with patient triage and recognizing emergencies Communicating effectively between clients, doctors, and technicians Educating clients about services, medications, and preventative care Keeping the reception area clean and organized Jumping in to support the team wherever needed—no task is too small! What We're Looking For The ideal candidate is: Experienced in the veterinary field (this is a must!)
