• Analyze customer needs to identify suitable insurance products.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to promote their insurance needs.
• Provide in-depth information about insurance products and benefits to clients.
• Process and manage sales transactions and documents.
• Stay up-to-date on the latest insurance policies and industry developments.
• Utilize phone skills to reach potential clients and follow up with leads.
• Collaborate with all team members to ensure seamless customer service.
• Maintain accurate records of sales, customer interactions, and other relevant data.
• Perform administrative tasks related to sales and customer service.
• Skills
• Bilingual or multilingual, with a focus on Spanish language skills.
• P&C Insurance license required prior to start date.
• Strong analytical and sales skills.
• Ability to communicate complex insurance concepts to clients.
• Excellent problem-solving skills.
• Experience with lead generation.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong customer service skills and a focus on client satisfaction.
• A thorough understanding of insurance policies and industry trends.
• A valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
