Job Description

Exterior Remodeling Consultant Residential Storm Restoration & Remodeling Sales A rapidly growing exterior remodeling and restoration company is confidentially seeking driven, high-energy sales professionals who want the opportunity to build a substantial income while growing with an expanding organization. What You'll Be Doing Generate and develop residential exterior remodeling and storm restoration opportunities Prospect neighborhoods and self-generate leads through door-to-door and relationship-based sales efforts Meet with homeowners for inspections and in-home consultations Manage projects and client relationships throughout the sales process Track pipeline activity and customer communication within CRM systems Work closely with operations and production teams to ensure strong customer experience Ideal Backgrounds We are interested in individuals with experience in: Roofing / restoration sales Solar sales Windows, siding, gutters, or exterior remodeling In-home remodeling sales Mortgage, insurance, or real estate sales Commission-driven B2C sales environments Former athletes, military professionals, or highly competitive individuals transitioning into sales What Makes This Opportunity Stand Out Realistic first-year earning potential of $100K-$200K+ Top performers exceeding $300K+ $70K non-recoverable draw plus commissions and bonuses Average commissions around $3K per project Fast ramp-up with many reps closing deals within the first few weeks Strong leadership, mentorship, and ongoing coaching Established systems, tools, and operational infrastructure Significant advancement opportunity as the company continues expanding into new markets High-accountability, team-oriented culture focused on long-term success Additional Requirements Reliable vehicle required Prior roofing/restoration experience preferred but not required Strong communication, hustle, and relationship-building skills are critical This is an ideal opportunity for someone who wants more than just another sales job — someone looking for long-term growth, strong income potential, and the chance to build something meaningful with a rapidly scaling organization.
