Extraction Lab Technician

Position Summary The Lab Technician is responsible for assisting management with product preparation, product processing, post-processing, clean-up, data entry, inventory management and equipment maintenance. Essential Functions Preparing necessary tools and equipment for the infused products processes. Maintain par levels of materials and equipment used in the production of infused products. Follow manufacturing processes to transition infused products batches into finished goods. Follow infused product scheduling plan. Assist Management in implementing new manufacturing processes. Assist in the pre-processing duties involved in cannabis distillation. Perform the physical batching of cannabis extracts in addition to their data entry into the inventory management system. Accurately enter production data into CTS, the inventory management system, and other computerized databases. Clean and maintain laboratory. Assist with any other lab duties as required by Management. Qualifications/Experience Must be a minimum of 21 years of age Must pass any and all required background checks Must have or be able to obtain a OLCC Permit Must be and remain compliant with any and all legal or company regulations for working in the industry 1-2 years' experience in a cannabis processor setting, preferred Ability to work independently, manage projects and meet deadlines Strong organizational skills Equivalent combinations of education and experience may be considered, including internal experience Other Duties Please note this job description is not designed to cover or contain a comprehensive listing of activities, duties or responsibilities that are required of the employee for this job.
