In this pivotal role, you will oversee the entire food and beverage operation, ensuring exceptional service and management of all dining outlets. Your leadership will drive the success of our operation, foster a positive team environment, and elevate guest experiences to new heights. This position offers an exciting opportunity for a passionate hospitality professional to shape the future of our restaurant operations. Responsibilities Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance food quality, service standards, and operational efficiency across all F&B outlets. Lead and motivate a diverse team of managers, servers, bartenders, and kitchen staff to deliver outstanding guest experiences. Oversee daily restaurant operations, including shift management, staff scheduling, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. Manage inventory control processes to minimize waste and optimize food and beverage costs while maintaining high-quality standards. Oversee POS systems such as Micros POS for accurate order processing, cash handling, and sales reporting. Conduct staff training sessions on food safety, customer service, bar techniques, and operational procedures to promote continuous improvement. Collaborate with team members on menu development, catering events, banquet services, and special promotions. Monitor budget performance, control expenses, and implement cost-saving initiatives without compromising quality or service. Ordering of products and supplies, scheduling team members and inventory management. Foster a culture of hospitality excellence by promoting teamwork, accountability, and professional growth among staff members. Requirements Proven management experience within the food industry, preferably in casual or fine dining restaurants. Overall knowledge of food preparation and culinary practices, as well as Bar management. Hands-on experience with POS systems , proficiency in cash handling is essential. Strong background in inventory control, food safety standards, and food handling procedures. Demonstrated leadership skills with experience in supervising teams through training & development initiatives. Excellent customer service skills with a focus on creating memorable guest experiences. Ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Experience in cost controls, and operational planning within hospitality settings. Experience with catering services and banquet operations is needed. Previous roles in restaurant management or assistant manager positions are highly desirable.
