5:00am-1:30pm Monday-Friday Looking for experienced Fabricators capable of handling high-volume production work. Candidates must be able to measure, cut, and assemble metal components with precision and efficiency. Proficiency with tools such as grinders, saws, and torches, along with a strong focus on productivity and meeting deadlines in a dynamic work environment is essential. This is an associate to hire opportunity in Kansas City, MO. Fabrication Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Operate rotary chop saw and band saw to cut pipe to length
• Handle movement of pipe along the length of table and off load to a cart or crate for staging in loading area
• Operate Victaulic or Pace Grooving machine for a grooved pipe end process
• Operate bench grinder to apply required end to threaded rod for application of hanger devices
• Push pipe carts of pipe to load area for loading purposes
• Operate pneumatic staple gun to staple cardboard box to pallet
• Use forklift when necessary to retrieve materials and move pipe
• Operate threader to apply thread to desired pipe
• Operate Mercury or Pace Make on machine in order to apply fitting to desired pipe
• Operate band saw in order to cut threaded rod to specified lengths
• Install hanger devices to specified lengths of threaded rod
• Handle additional tasks necessary to fulfill the needs of the company and the customer as deemed by the fabrication lead, fabrication manager, or branch operations manager

Fabrication Requirements:

• Ability to stand for entire shift
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
• Warehouse experience preferred
• Sit-down forklift experience preferred
• Good attendance is a must
