Our commitment to excellence and innovation sets us apart in the manufacturing sector. Summary The fabrication associate works in our shop to fabricate mirrors, glass, and frames for installation. Responsibilities Measure, cut, and shape glass, mirror, and other materials according to specifications. Builds and fabricates frames, including installing glass into frames. Inspect finished products for quality assurance, ensuring adherence to safety and industry standards. Monitor inventory levels of materials and report shortages to the supervisor. Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety protocols and regulations. Assists in troubleshooting and resolving equipment malfunctions or production issues. Performs other related duties as assigned. Requirements Ability to listen to, understand, and follow directions. Ability to work with a variety of personalities Ability to work with power tools. Ability to perform basic arithmetic as needed to count and take inventory. Ability to work as a team.
