Fabricator/Welder

Courtland Waste Handling Inc has an opening for a full time, experienced Fabricator/Welder with agricultural background. The successful candidate will be flexible, dependable, time conscious, and able to move from project to project with minimal supervision. Ability and willingness to learn a new and growing industry is required.

Responsibilities:

Weld on variety of steel, stainless steel and aluminum Proficient with hand tools, ie. grinders, saws, tape measures & air tools Determine appropriate welding tools and methods based on requirements Ag-equipment experience Ability to inspect personal work for accuracy and follow quality control Be able to lift up to 80 lbs. Document parts and labor assuring that work order can be closed and billed as communicated with customer Perform other duties as asked Maintain a clean and safe work environment

Requirements:

Proven experience as a welder Fabrication experience Must be self-motivated, ability to multitask and have efficient time management skills as well as be quality driven Pride in craftmanship
