General Laborer

Laborer Position Type:

Monday-Friday, 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM About the Role We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Laborer to join our team. In this role, you will support the preparation and maintenance of concrete forms and products, combining general labor and basic carpentry skills to help ensure a safe, efficient, and high‑quality production environment. Key Responsibilities Strip and clean concrete forms and finished products Prepare steel molds for concrete pouring Perform basic carpentry tasks Maintain the facility and complete routine housekeeping Follow safety procedures and support a safe working environment Essential Skills & Qualifications Previous experience in manufacturing or construction preferred Basic math and measurement abilities Ability to read and write simple instructions Strong communication skills and teamwork mindset Ability to lift up to 40 lbs periodically throughout the day Additional Preferred Experience Background in concrete or construction processes General labor or production experience Work Environment This position involves working both indoors and outdoors with precast concrete molds. The role requires physical strength, stamina, and the ability to work in various environmental conditions. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Courtland, MN. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $23.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
