• $75,000 + Annual Bonus + Overtime Eligible Full-Time | On-Site | Shift Flexibility Required Join a Global Leader in Advanced Industrial Automation We are seeking a Facilities Maintenance Technician to support a highly technical manufacturing and engineering environment in the Tonawanda / Buffalo area .

This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on maintenance professional who thrives in a fast-paced technical setting and enjoys solving complex facility and equipment challenges while supporting critical operations. What You'll Do Perform inspections, diagnostics, troubleshooting, preventative maintenance, and corrective repairs on facility systems and equipment Manage and coordinate the facility maintenance schedule Coordinate maintenance activities with internal departments and external contractors Start up and shut down utility systems including: Steam boilers Clean steam generators Maintain tools, equipment, and workspaces using 5S principles Ensure compliance with OSHA and applicable safety regulations Respond to emergency and after-hours maintenance situations when needed Support facility upgrades, expansion projects, and construction initiatives Assist with: Snow removal coordination Landscaping support Waste management Janitorial oversight Pest control coordination Maintain safe, organized, and compliant work environments

What You Bring:

Required Qualifications High School Diploma or Trade School Certificate + 5-6 years related experience OR Associate Degree + 4 years related experience Strong mechanical troubleshooting skills Experience with facility systems such as: HVAC/R Fire alarm systems Electrical motors Boilers Reverse Osmosis (RO) systems Chilled water systems Plumbing systems Electrical wiring practices Experience using maintenance software / CMMS systems Microsoft Office proficiency Strong coordination and communication skills Preferred Traits Able to work independently with minimal supervision Available for overtime and flexible shifts as needed Comfortable working on-site full-time Valid driver's license (or ability to obtain required certifications/licenses) Safety-focused and highly dependable Physical Requirements This position requires the ability to: Work at heights Work in confined spaces Climb ladders Lift up to 50 lbs Bend, reach, and perform physical maintenance tasks Work indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions Reasonable accommodations available where applicable.
