Strong mechanical knowledge complemented by electrical experience and familiarity with schematics. Hands-on welding skills and residential painting experience are highly desirable. Supervising or leadership experience in a facilities setting is preferred. Ability to read technical drawings, schematics, and use diagnostic tools such as ohmmeters effectively. Excellent communication skills in English to collaborate across teams and document work accurately.

Pay:

$21.00 - $22.00 per hour Application Question(s): Do you have experience with building repairs, basic carpentry, janitorial requests, and general landscaping? It is required. This is a part-time role working 20-30 hours/week. Are you comfortable with working 3 days out of the week? This will be a 2-3 month contract. Are you comfortable with a short-term contract?
