Responsibilities Perform general maintenance and repairs (plumbing, electrical, drywall, painting, minor HVAC) Complete work orders and preventative maintenance tasks Troubleshoot guest room and building issues Maintain tools, equipment, and building systems Ensure safety, cleanliness, and brand standards Assist with property upkeep, grounds, and common areas Respond to guest needs with professionalism Qualifications General maintenance, handyman, or facilities experience preferred Ability to diagnose and repair basic issues independently Reliable, self‑motivated, and detail‑oriented Able to lift, bend, climb ladders, and perform physical tasks Strong communication and customer service skills What We Offer $20
