WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

We are seeking a reliable, hardworking, and motivated individual to join our growing ingredient blending operation. Our ideal candidate is someone who takes pride in their work, is eager to learn, and wants to grow with a company that values teamwork and quality. This is a hands-on role in a fast-paced production environment where flexibility and attention to detail are essential. If you're comfortable working in an environment where no two days are the same and don't mind getting a little messy, we'd love to meet you!

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

Fluent in English (verbal and written) Strong reading and writing skills Ability to perform basic math calculations Basic computer skills and experience with scan guns Ability to follow detailed formulas and complete required paperwork accurately Ability to lift heavy (50lbs) materials as needed Willingness to wear required uniforms and protective gear (provided) Strong Work Ethic Reliable transportation Ability to work 7am-5pm (10 hour shift) Monday to Thursday (overtime is infrequent but may be required occasionally.)

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

Experience in food processing or ingredient manufacturing Experience operating fork trucks or other material handling equipment Valid forklift license (higher starting pay available)

WHAT THE ROLE INVOLVES

Blending and distributing specialty ingredients for the food and cosmetics industries Working with powders, liquids, and pastes (all FDA-approved and non-hazardous) Following detailed production formulas to ensure product accuracy and safety Completing required documentation and production records Assisting in various areas of the factory — all team members contribute across operations Maintaining cleanliness and adhering to safety and quality standards Heavy lifting and active physical work throughout the shift Please note: This is a production environment where you may get messy. Uniforms, work shoes, hair nets, and beard nets are required and provided. Many team members choose to shower at the end of their shift.
