Kentucky Christian University Job Summary:
Kentucky Christian University is accepting applications for a full-time Business Administration Faculty position starting August 2026.
Reporting Relationship:
This faculty position reports to the Dean of the School of Business & Leadership.
Required Education:
A Master's degree with a preferred earned doctorate in Business or Accounting from a regionally accredited institution.
Previous Experience:
At least five years of professional experience is desirable. Preference is given to a candidate with teaching experience at the undergraduate level or higher. A background in sports management is preferred.

Conditions of Employment:
Full-time faculty position on a 9-month contract, salary-exempt.
Salary Range:
based on credentials and professional experience. Benefits included. Contact the HR Office for details The successful candidate shall enthusiastically support the University's tenets of faith and demonstrate spiritual maturity.
Duties & Responsibilities:
The Business Administration Faculty member has the following responsibilities: Teaches a full course load as defined by the University and completes necessary preparation, grading, and student interaction including office hours and timely communication with students. Creates courses, relationships and environments that help empower students to become "wise as serpents and innocent as doves" (Matthew 10:16) Contributes to the ongoing development, implementation and evaluation the Business Administration curriculum. Serves on internally established committees as directed by the University administration. Participates in Business Administration program meetings for planning, implementing, and monitoring program goals. Assists in the recruitment and retention of students to the program. Acts as academic student advisor to Business Administration students to empower students in their decision making about a career.
