Compensation:

$100,00 - $125,000 yearly + bonus potential + benefits

DOE Responsibilities:

Represent clients in family law hearings, settlement conferences, mediations, and trials Draft motions, pleadings, settlement agreements, and final orders Guide clients through complex legal and emotional situations Collaborate with other members of the legal team on case strategy Oversee case files, track progress, and manage deadlines Communicate regularly with clients, opposing counsel, expert witnesses, and court staff Daytime travel is required across West Virginia for various hearings
