Family Medicine Physician Well-established Primary Care practice at one of our rural practice locations in Florence, South Carolina. This opportunity offers a large outpatient practice in a great location with growth potential. Outpatient community primary care medicine•Sick Visits, Medication Management, Chronic Disease Medicine, etc.

Schedule:

4.5 days per week 1:3 flexible call
