Job Description

Job description We are hiring a Family Nurse Practitioner for a Full Time Permanent Opportunity with the Industry Leader in Behavioral Health! This provider will be working with the medical needs of our patients in our eating disorder clinics. The nurse practitioner providers quality medical assessment, treatment, and referral services to all assigned patients. Servers as a functioning member of the multi-disciplinary team! Who are we? We dont have one size fits all treatment and there are no quick fixes.
Responsibilities:
Provides primary care medical services for assigned patients including, but not limited to History & Physical, medication management, laboratory interpretations, EKG interpretation, continuous care and admission / discharge orders. Completes treatment and documents in a timely manner per company policy. Active member of the multi-disciplinary treatment team and communicates any medical problems to treatment team. Provides on-call services as assigned responding to calls within 15 minutes and if needed reporting to facility promptly. Participates in the performance improvement process as requested. Participates in State and Joint Commission surveys as requested.
Education, Skills and Experience Requirements:
Masters Nursing Degree Arizona State License in good standing. Current valid DEA Registration Number. CPI and CPR Certifications. Two years experience in addictions and / or eating disorder preferred. Meets active staff credentialing requirements. Ability to provide excellent service to internal and external customers.
