Job Description
Behavioral Health Network (BHN) is the largest provider of behavioral health services in Western Massachusetts and was recognized by The Boston Globe as the 10th best employer in Massachusetts. BHN is currently seeking a Family Partner to join our Community Service Agency (CSA) team to support parents and caregivers of youth with behavioral health needs.

As a Family Partner, you'll use your lived experience as a parent or caregiver of a child with behavioral health needs to support other families in navigating systems and building resilience. Provide peer support to parents and caregivers Help families identify strengths and develop strategies to meet care plan goals Educate families on navigating child-serving systems such as DCF, DMH, education, and behavioral health Empower families by linking them to peer networks and support groups Connect families with both formal and community-based resources Foster a culturally responsive and inclusive environment Maintain accurate and timely documentation Collaborate with care teams and attend family planning meetings Actively engage in supervision and ongoing trainingWho You Are:
You have personal experience as a caregiver of a youth with special or behavioral health needs You have a High School diploma/GED and at least 2 years of experience working with children/adolescents/transition-age youth OR an Associate's Degree and 1 year of relevant experience OR a Bachelor's Degree and 1 year of relevant experience You are knowledgeable about navigating child and family-serving systems You have strong communication, organization, and interpersonal skills You are comfortable using electronic systems and documentation tools You are culturally responsive and value diverse lived experiences You have a valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicleAbout BHN:
