• minimum for 36 clinical hours per week

Hours:

Monday 7:30am

• 8pm (extended hours) Tuesday
• Friday 7:30am
• 5pm Schedule offers varied flexibility such as the opportunity to do 4/10's or have a half day off during the week Call schedule is 1:4
• very light, telephone Position is outpatient with the option of rounding, OB or nursing home The Team Our team currently consists of physicians and nurse practitioners that are dedicated to providing quality primary care to families throughout northwest Ohio.
