Role Summary:
Jireh Farming, Inc. is seeking a dependable, highly organized Farm Office Coordinator to support administrative and operational functions within our farm management division. This role serves as a central coordination point for operational workflows and administrative processes, ensuring documentation, systems, and communication remain accurate, organized, and aligned across field operations staff, management, customers, and internal departments. The position plays a key role in supporting efficient operations through attention to detail and consistent follow-through. The ideal candidate is highly organized, technologically proficient, and exercises sound judgment. Strong communication, initiative, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively are essential to success in this role. This is a full-time, non-exempt position reporting to the Farm Manager. Overtime and occasional evening or weekend work may be required based on operational demands.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate schedules, work orders, and communication across field operations staff, management, customers, and internal departments to ensure timely and accurate execution across multiple priorities Create, manage, and reconcile work orders while maintaining accurate, organized records that support operational tracking, billing, and reporting Prepare and manage customer billing and invoicing, ensuring accuracy and alignment with completed work and documentation Maintain and organize key operational and compliance records, including spray recommendations and pesticide use reports Support and help optimize the use of company software including FieldPulse, identifying opportunities to improve organization, tracking, and workflow efficiency Maintain and update maps, acreage data, and related records to ensure information remains accurate and current Monitor inventory and provide general administrative support to the farm management team as needed Perform all other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
Bilingual in English and Spanish (required) Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a high level of attention to detail, organization, and accuracy Ability to manage multiple priorities, follow through consistently, and exercise sound judgment in day-to-day responsibilities Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Teams) and comfortable using computer systems and software (required) Experience with billing, invoicing, bookkeeping, or work order systems is preferred Ability to take initiative and work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment Agricultural experience is preferred, particularly familiarity with farm operations and/or crop protection programs Valid driver's license Physical Demands /
