• the starting point for every mushroom we grow.

This role is physical, detail-focused, and requires consistency. If you like staying busy, working with your hands, and being part of a focused, task-oriented team, this could be a good fit. What You'll Be Doing Assisting with substrate mixing and preparation (hydration, batching, material handling) Producing mushroom grow blocks with consistency and accuracy Following structured processes to keep production running smoothly Maintaining clean, organized, food-safe production areas Supporting core farm operations as needed What We're Looking For Reliable, punctual, and consistent (this role depends on it) Strong work ethic
