Job description Work as a Residential Summer Camp Counselor in New Hampshire as a role model and mentor Positively impact the lives of children in a meaningful way Teach/ lead activities and games in our Farm and Garden Department. Feed and care for our farm animals (goats, sheep, mini horse, and chickens) Grow and develop leadership and 21st century skills Make lifelong friendships with staff members from around the world Have the most incredible summer ever on our beautiful lakefront campus About the Job At Windsor Mountain Summer Camp, our counselors serve as role models and counselors for campers, providing social and emotional support for them away from home. Counselors also lead activities and plan classes to teach, helping campers build skills and have fun. We seek to hire kind, caring and fun people who want to work with children. A qualified applicant should have a relevant skill to share with campers in an activity area, such as swimming, sports, arts and crafts, music, cooking, performing arts, videography, ropes course, farming and gardening, and wilderness trip leading. We ask that counselors arrive for staff training on June 15th, 2026, and work through August 20th, 2026.

Pay:
