Responsibilities Prepare and assemble food items quickly and accurately following established recipes and safety standards Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS to process customer orders efficiently Provide friendly, attentive customer service by taking orders, answering questions, and upselling menu items to enhance guest satisfaction Handle cash transactions accurately, including cash handling and cashiering duties, ensuring proper change is given Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of workstations, dining areas, and food preparation zones in compliance with food safety regulations Assist with food handling tasks such as bussing tables, restocking supplies, and supporting kitchen operations as needed Support team members during busy periods by managing multiple responsibilities with excellent time management skills Requirements Previous experience in food preparation or fast food restaurant environments is preferred but not required; enthusiasm to learn is essential Familiarity with POS systems like Aloha POS or Micros POS is a plus Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and positively with guests Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math, and order calculations Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail Flexibility to work various shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed Experience in food industry roles such as serving, cashiering, or kitchen support is advantageous Embark on a rewarding journey where your energy fuels our success!
