Duties Safely operate a box truck or similar vehicle to deliver packages along assigned routes Load and unload shipments efficiently using tools like pallet jacks or forklifts when necessary Verify delivery addresses, obtain signatures, and ensure accurate package handling Provide exceptional customer service by greeting recipients professionally and addressing their questions or concerns Maintain accurate delivery logs, route documentation, and vehicle inspection records Follow all traffic laws, safety protocols, and company policies during route driving Assist with warehouse activities such as inventory checks or moving packages when required Qualifications Proven experience as a delivery driver or courier, with familiarity in route driving and heavy lifting tasks Valid driver's license with a clean driving record; experience with manual transmission is a plus Ability to operate commercial vehicles such as box trucks confidently and safely Strong customer service skills with a friendly, professional demeanor Physical ability to lift heavy packages regularly and perform moving tasks efficiently Experience with warehouse equipment like forklifts or pallet jacks is advantageous Prior experience in delivery driver roles involving load & unload procedures is preferred Embark on a rewarding career where your driving skills and dedication to service come together!
