In this role, you will provide high-quality, one-on-one care for a 14-year-old female patient in the comfort of her home. Supportive, team-focused work culture Opportunities for professional growth and advancement Hands-on experience in specialized pediatric care Ongoing training and skill development Open to both experienced LVNs and new graduates Qualifications Active California LVN license in good standing Female nurse required based on patient preference Experience with G-tube, tracheostomy, and ventilator care preferred (training available) Ability to document electronically (Axxess experience a plus) Current CPR/BLS certification (pediatric preferred) Compassionate, reliable, and patient-focused Patient Care Responsibilities Provide skilled pediatric nursing care in a home setting Perform G-tube feedings and maintenance Deliver tracheostomy care and suctioning Monitor and manage ventilator support (primarily during sleep) Assess and monitor vital signs and patient condition Respond promptly to changes in patient status Ensure patient safety, comfort, and well-being Maintain accurate and timely documentation Communicate effectively with family members and the healthcare team Follow physician orders and individualized care plans Ideal Candidate The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, clinically skilled, and passionate about providing compassionate, one-on-one care. Pediatric experience is preferred, but we welcome motivated nurses who are eager to learn and grow in this specialty.

Pay:

$27.00 - $30.00 per hour
