Fencing Laborer

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working outdoors, staying active, and working in a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same. No prior experience is required. We are willing to train the right candidate.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Assist with installation of residential and commercial fencing
• Load, unload, and transport materials to job sites
• Operate hand tools and power tools safely and efficiently
• Run equipment such as augers and concrete mixers
• Set fence posts, mix and pour concrete, and perform general labor tasks
• Drive company trucks to and from job sites (if licensed)
• Maintain a clean and organized worksite
• Follow safety guidelines and team instructions

Qualifications:

• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
• Perform physically demanding work outdoors in various conditions
• Must be able to lift 100+ pounds
• Dependable and punctual
• Must have reliable transportation to Sutherlin, Oregon (7:30 AM start time)
• Valid driver's license preferred, but not required
• Must be able to pass a background check
• Experience is a plus, but not required

Schedule & Pay:

• 4-day work week (32 - 40 hours)
• Paid lunch
• Starting wage: $17 - $19 per hour
• Higher starting wages available for experienced candidates
• Additional opportunities for increased pay on commercial jobs through prevailing wage (not guaranteed weekly, but significantly higher when available)
