Position Summary We're hiring a Field Agent to support the day-to-day operations of our vacation rental portfolio in Union Pier, MI. This is a hands-on, field-based role responsible for property inspections, coordinating maintenance, and ensuring homes are guest-ready at all times. This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple moving parts. You'll act as a key link between guests, vendors, and internal teams to keep operations running smoothly. What You'll Do Conduct routine property inspections to ensure cleanliness, safety, and brand standards are met Coordinate maintenance and repairs with vendors and contractors Serve as a point of contact for guests during their stay, resolving issues quickly and professionally Support and help guide field staff including housekeepers and maintenance technicians Monitor and restock property supplies and amenities Ensure properties remain compliant with local regulations and safety standards Maintain accurate records of inspections, maintenance, and guest feedback Respond to urgent issues and assist with emergency situations as needed Coordinate ongoing property upkeep including cleaning and landscaping services Build and manage relationships with vendors to ensure quality and timely service Required Qualifications Previous experience in property management, hospitality, or a related field preferred Strong organizational and time management skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work both independently and as part of a team Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks
Compensation, Benefits & More Compensation:
$17 - 20 per hour
