Job Description

Job Overview:

Then we are looking for you! We are hiring a Home Care Field Manager that truly does important work in the community. This position involves understanding the challenges and rewards of the home care industry. The home care manager will be responsible for overseeing schedules, coordinating care, and ensuring that our clients receive the highest level of care and service possible. The home care manager position is a salaried position. If you have a passion for helping others, we want to hear from you!
Responsibilities:
Ensure staff is trained and equipped to provide quality care for the clients Provides mentoring and development to caregivers Conducts monthly client visits Build and maintain relationships with assigned caregivers, clients, and referral sources Interviewing and hiring new applicants Develop new client care plans/intakes with new clients Assists with delivery and distribution of needed supplies for caregivers Assists with billing and payroll related tasks Tasks necessary for assistance with recruitment Communication skills with clients, referral sources, and caregivers daily. Director of Operations Skill Requirements:
Background in customer service; home healthcare industry knowledge is a plus Proficient in MS Office, with working knowledge of data entry systems A customer-oriented attitude Excellent communication skills Problem-solving aptitude Ability to work well with a team
Qualifications:
High School/GED; BSc/BA in a related field is preferred Minimum of 2 years of similar work experience is preferred Valid Driver' s license and reliable transportation Current auto insurance and registration
