Field Marketing Manager•Canvassing Lead and scale a high-performing door-to-door canvassing team in a fast-growing environment. You'll drive team development, territory strategy, and consistent lead generation to fuel company growth. Responsibilities Interview, hire, train, manage and motivate a team of canvassers. Plan neighborhood routes and daily field schedules. Develop and implement effective canvassing strategies. Conduct regular team meetings and provide ongoing coaching. Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to align efforts. Qualifications Proven experience as Canvassing Manager, Canvassing Supervisor, or Canvassing Team Leader in Home Improvement Industry.
