Field Marketing Specialist, Freshwater SE Territories:

Job Summary As a Field Marketing Sales Specialist, you'll bring our brands to life where it matters most—out in the field with retailers, anglers, and fishing communities. This role blends sales, marketing, events, and relationship-building to create memorable brand experiences that drive engagement, education, and product sell-through. If you love fishing, connecting with people, and being on the move, this is your chance to make waves. What will you do?
  • Execute regional marketing campaigns, promotions, and field events aligned with business goals
  • Plan and manage trade shows, retailer events, demos, and promotional activities
  • Build strong relationships with retailers, consumers, and sales partners
  • Represent Pure Fishing brands professionally at events and in the field
  • Support Territory Managers with marketing initiatives, lead generation, and retail insights
  • Gather customer feedback and market intelligence to help shape strategies
  • Develop and distribute localized marketing materials and promotional content
  • Monitor event and campaign performance, providing insights and ROI recommendations
  • Manage field marketing budgets and resources effectively
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, sales, and internal teams What makes you a great catch?
  • Passion for fishing, the outdoors, and connecting with customers
  • At least 2 years of experience in sales, marketing, or a related field
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Persuasive selling ability and confidence working directly with customers
  • Experience with Microsoft Office tools including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Understanding of category management and retail selling concepts
  • Ability and willingness to travel up to four days per week
