This role plays a major part in keeping our technicians efficient and our daily operations running smoothly. If you enjoy problem-solving, multitasking, communication, and fast-paced environments, this could be a great fit. This is an in-office position working directly with our field technicians and office team throughout the day. What You'll Do Monitor technician schedules and routes throughout the day Adjust schedules in real time as changes happen Help maximize technician productivity and efficiency Communicate directly with field technicians throughout the day Help create openings and availability for additional appointments Assist with office organization and shared-space upkeep What We're Looking For We are looking for someone who is : Organized and dependable Calm under pressure A strong communicator Comfortable making quick decisions Good at multitasking and problem-solving Comfortable learning and using technology and AI tools Experience with scheduling, dispatching, logistics, or operations support is helpful, but not required.
