Educate patients, families, students, and colleagues; serve as a mentor and participate in student learning programs. Maintain exceptional documentation standards, including goal writing and assessment of functional quality indicators, ensuring compliance with clinic and regulatory guidelines. Uphold the highest professional and ethical standards; maintain licensure and meet all continuing education requirements. Embrace safety-first practices in patient/employee interactions, promoting workplace safety and organizational core values at all times. Contribute actively to performance improvement initiatives and foster an environment of ongoing professional development.
Desired Qualifications:
Current state licensure or eligibility as a therapist (PT) in Missouri. Experience in a hospital outpatient setting preferred. Strong clinical reasoning, planning, and documentation skills.
