Field Representative

The Field Representative will be responsible for placing acres of contract production, purchasing seed on the open market, maintaining professional relationships with the growers, working with seed certification and other labs, physically checking fields and communicating with growers and sales teams throughout the growing season. Coordinating seed cleaning with sales team and growers/warehouses. Work with others at Smith Seed to bring value and service to growers and customers. Qualifications Represent Smith Seed's values to our growers and the community. Self-motivated and willing to work extended shifts as needed. Willing to constantly learn and be educated. Work well and coordinate with other Smith Seed personnel and departments. Detail oriented and organized. Computer experience and familiarity with Microsoft Excel. Have a valid Oregon driver's license and good driving record.
