Field Safety Lead

Overview The Field Safety Lead is responsible for promoting, implementing, and enforcing all safety policies, procedures, and regulatory compliance standards for field operations within an oil and gas water hauling company. This role works directly with drivers, assisting with dispatch,customer field supervisors, customers, and management to ensure safe transportation, loading/unloading, and operational practices across all company locations and job sites. The Field Safety Lead serves as the primary field-level safety representative and plays a critical role in accident prevention, driver coaching, compliance auditing, incident investigations, and maintaining a strong safety culture throughout operations
