What You'll Do:

Perform industrial cleaning, tank cleaning, chemical transfers, and remediation work. Operate equipment like Hi-Vacs, forklifts, and pressure washers Load supplies & PPE into the truck before leaving for the job site. Maintain a safe, clean work environment at job sites and our facility Follow environmental, health & safety protocols, including confined space entry. Travel as needed for multi-day projects (with paid travel time)

Responsibilities:

Technicians:

Ensure the safety of the work completed by adhering to the environmental, health & safety policies and procedures and identify any potentially unsafe conditions or procedures to the Field Service Foreman, Field Service Supervisor, Field Service Project Manager or Sr. Field Service Manager Ensure proper housekeeping to maintain safe, efficient and clean work areas; including all customer sites, trucks, equipment Responsible for labor as directed by the Field Service Foreman, Field Service Supervisor, or Field Service Project Manager on all contracted field service work including, but not limited to tank cleaning, sump and trap work, confined space entry, industrial cleaning, chemical clean-up, lab packing, remediation, decontamination, chemical transfers etc. while adhering to state and federal environmental, health, and safety regulations Operate equipment, such as company vehicles, forklifts, Hi-Vacs, pickup trucks, pressure washer, etc. Prepare, load, unload, and clean all equipment and safety gear for field service work as directed by the Field Service Foreman or Supervisor or Project Manager Assist with facility and plant housekeeping, can cleaning, tank cleaning, etc. Ability to travel out of town for multiple days in a row Responsible for conducting yourself in a safe and professional manner at all times Must be able to wear a Respirator / SCBA when needed. Foreman/Supervisors:

Lead and/or direct field crews during on-site environmental service projects, ensuring safe, timely, and efficient execution under the direction of the Project Manager. Supervise work performed by Eldredge teams and subcontractors, including tank cleaning, confined space entry, remediation, chemical clean-up, and other specialized services. Foreman/Supervisors lead by example and will routinely perform technician duties alongside their teams. Train, mentor, and support field staff—technicians and foremen—by reinforcing safety practices, technical skills, and performance standards. Maintain professional communication with clients onsite, providing updates on job status and ensuring alignment with project scope and expectations. Serve as the primary on-site company representative when the Project Manager is off-site, supporting client satisfaction and field decision-making. Complete and submit all required job documentation accurately and on time, including Daily Work Forms and Document Change Forms for project delays or changes. Evaluate and report on client requests for additional or unscheduled work, coordinating with internal teams for review and next steps. Oversee housekeeping and equipment organization at job sites and the facility, ensuring tools, vehicles, and work areas are clean, safe, and ready for use. Supervise the loading, unloading, preparation, and cleaning of equipment and safety gear prior to and after field service work.

Qualifications:

Valid Driver's License for operating company vehicles and equipment required Preemployment physical with drug screening - project work may require periodic or random screenings 1-2 years' equivalent work / technical experience and / or College degree Safety focused and insistent that health and safety standards are met Proven experience in organization, attention to detail, communication Excellent problem-solving skills, ability to troubleshoot Effective communication (oral, written) skills Proficient technology skills including capabilities in operating cell phones, tablets, and electronic devices as may be required to complete notes, trainings, etc. Willingness to gain knowledge of federal, state, and local regulations Ability to obtain a TWIC Card The ability to tell when something is wrong or is likely to go wrong. This is not solving the problem, only recognizing there is a problem. : Minimum 2-3 years of supervisory or team lead experience in a technical, field service, or related environment

Environment:

Work is performed on Client Sites; travel is required. This team's daily operating range is based out of Baltimore, MD. Most work is completed within a day. Overnights or extended stays will be periodically required (less than 20% of anticipated schedule). Monday - Friday. Some weekends may be required to accommodate travels or start times. Overtime will be required at times to complete onsite work. Overtime rate applied after 40 hours / week. Safety and event bonuses available. Requires lifting up to 70 lbs., pulling and/or pushing and carrying. Requires extended physical activity such as climbing, walking, standing, sitting, lifting, pulling/pushing, carrying, grasping, reaching, crawling, stooping, and crouching.
