Field Supervisor

Renaissance Restoration Services is a locally owned restoration company serving Moscow, TN and the surrounding region. We are looking for a motivated Field Service Technician to handle both water mitigation and demolition on residential and commercial job sites. If you're a hard worker who takes pride in helping people recover from property damage, we want to hear from you. No experience? No problem — we will train the right person. What You'll Do Respond to water damage emergencies, including after-hours and on-call calls Perform water extraction, set up drying equipment (air movers, dehumidifiers), and monitor moisture levels Document job progress with moisture logs, photos, and daily reports Communicate with homeowners and insurance adjusters throughout the job Perform demolition of damaged drywall, flooring, ceilings, and cabinetry as needed Remove and dispose of debris and damaged materials per regulations Maintain a clean, safe job site and properly care for company equipment What We're Looking For Prior restoration, construction, or demolition experience preferred but not required

IICRC WRT

certification a plus — we will help you get certified Valid driver's license and ability to pass a background check and drug screening Available for on-call rotation including nights and weekends Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physical work in varying conditions Reliable, punctual, and a strong team player What We Offer Competitive pay based on experience Company-paid IICRC training and certification On-call and overtime pay Room to grow into project management and estimating Steady year-round work with a supportive local team
