Job Duties:

Oversee daily industrial operations and coordinate crew activities Ensure productivity, quality, and efficiency standards are met Enforce safety policies and promote a safety-first culture Train, lead, and support team members Communicate effectively with management and field personnel Troubleshoot issues and implement solutions

Qualifications:

5 years of supervisory experience preferred Industrial experience preferred Strong safety knowledge highly preferred Leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills required
