This role ensures products meet quality specifications while maintaining safety, efficiency, and production standards. Key Responsibilities

• Set up and operate fin press machines according to job specifications
• Load raw materials and monitor machine operations during production
• Adjust machine settings to maintain quality, accuracy, and efficiency
• Inspect finished parts using measuring tools to ensure compliance with specifications
• Identify and report machine malfunctions or quality issues
• Perform routine maintenance, cleaning, and minor repairs on equipment
• Maintain accurate production and quality records
• Follow all safety policies, procedures, and workplace regulations
• Work collaboratively with supervisors, maintenance, and quality teams Qualifications High school diploma or GED preferred
• Previous manufacturing or machine operation experience preferred (fin press or stamping experience a plus)
• Ability to read blueprints, work orders, and technical instructions
• Basic mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
• Strong attention to detail and quality standard Skills & Competencies Machine operation and setup

Pay:

$15.00 - $18.00 per hour
