Key Responsibilities Financial reporting, budgeting, and job costing Cash flow management and project profitability Lender draws and financial tracking Land acquisition and deal analysis support Coordination with construction and sales teams Assist with banking, insurance, and tax functions Qualifications Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field 3-5+ years of experience Strong analytical and organizational skills High level of professionalism and accountability Interest in real estate or development CPA (or pursuing) preferred Growth Opportunity Direct mentorship with a structured path into CFO responsibilities over time.
