Full-time Job Summary Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Finance Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the automotive industry, exceptional financial expertise, and a passion for providing outstanding customer service. As the Finance Manager, you will play a key role in managing the dealership's financial operations, working closely with customers, sales staff, and lenders to create competitive and customized financing packages.Key Responsibilities:
Evaluate customer credit and financial situations to recommend the best financing options. Work with lenders and financial institutions to secure loans and leases for customers. Negotiate terms and rates with lenders to provide customers with the most favorable financing deals. Present financing and extended warranty options to customers, ensuring they are fully informed and understand their choices. Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a smooth and efficient transaction process. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all financial transactions. Review and approve credit applications and contracts in compliance with dealership and legal regulations. Monitor, analyze, and report on the dealership's financial performance and recommend improvements. Provide training and guidance to dealership staff on financing procedures. Stay up to date with industry trends, compliance regulations, and new financing programs.Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Finance Manager or in a similar role in the automotive industry. Strong understanding of dealership finance and automotive lending practices. Knowledge of financing regulations and legal compliance requirements. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to build strong relationships with customers and lending institutions. Strong organizational and time-management abilities. Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy. High school diploma required; Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field preferred. Finance-related certifications (e.g., F&I certifications) are a plus. Experience with dealership management software (e.g., Dealertrack, Reynolds and Reynolds, or similar systems) is preferred.Job Type:
