Job Description

Accounting Generalist TN Valley Media Business Office is seeking an office associate for the TimesDaily office to perform a variety of auditing and record keeping tasks. Responsibilities include learning industry specific software, auditing several print products, accounts payable, payment posting, and internal and external customer service.

Requirements:

Strong Organizational Skills Ability to Analyze information PC proficiency Data entry skills General math skills High school diploma, GED, or equivalent required Essential job responsibilities include but may not be limited to: Audit multiple print products for billing accuracy Process vendor invoices for payment Post incoming payments to customer account Customer account reconciliations Assist sales staff and advertisers with customer service Accurate data entry Monday to Friday 8:30am - 5:00pm $14.00 an hour 37.5 hour work week Qualified applicants submit resume to: Resume@tnvalleymedia.com The TN Valley Media, Inc. is an Equal Opportunity Employer Tennessee Valley Media is a family owned company based out of Decatur, AL.
