Job Description

Position Title:
Accounting General Responsibilities :
Assist with daily accounting activities and maintain accurate financial records. Process and maintain Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) transactions. Assist with bank reconciliations and account reconciliations. Prepare and maintain accounting documents, invoices, and supporting records. Assist with month-end and year-end closing activities. Assist in preparing financial reports and internal accounting schedules. Support the accounting team with general ledger entries and account analysis. Assist with inventory and cost accounting activities related to manufacturing operations. Maintain organized and accurate accounting files and documentation. Assist with internal and external audits by preparing requested documents and supporting schedules. Support tax-related and compliance-related accounting activities as needed. Communicate with internal departments and external vendors regarding accounting matters. Perform other accounting and administrative duties as assigned
Qualifications :
Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field. Entry-level candidates and recent graduates are welcome to apply. 0-2 years of accounting or related work experience preferred. Strong understanding of basic accounting principles and
U.S. GAAP.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Good analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment. Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines. Bilingual in English and Korean.

Full-time Pay:
