Job Overview We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Accounting Associate to join our finance team. In this role, you will support daily accounting operations. Your expertise in bookkeeping and data entry will help us uphold the highest standards of accuracy and efficiency. Responsibilities Manage accounts receivable processing and collection follow up Handle purchasing of plant and office supplies Assist in other accounting and/or human resources areas as needed Support office management tasks such as filing, document proofreading, and maintaining spreadsheets Handle client communication via multi-line phone system and email, providing excellent customer support Requirements Business or Accounting degree is preferred - will consider experience in similar position in lieu of Clerical experience with strong organizational skills and attention to detail Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, and general computer literacy Excellent phone etiquette Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently Ability to perform data entry with precision, proofread documents accurately and maintain high standards of accuracy in all work Join us as an Accounting Associate where your technical proficiency combined with your organizational talent will drive our success forward.
