What You'll Do You will manage a portfolio of approximately 25-35 clients each month , providing accurate, timely, and professional accounting services.

Responsibilities include:

Bank reconciliations Payroll processing TPT reporting General ledger management Preparation of financial statements Maintaining accurate client accounting records Managing monthly deadlines and multiple client accounts Communicating professionally with clients and team members What We're Looking For Minimum of 3 years of accounting experience QuickBooks Desktop proficiency

•required QuickBooks Online experience

•preferred Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook Experience preparing financial statements Excellent attention to detail and accuracy Strong organizational and time-management skills Ability to manage multiple clients and meet deadlines Dependable, responsible, and self-motivated A commitment to providing high-quality work and excellent client service
