full-time We're partnering with a leading homebuilding and real estate organization seeking a Corporate Staff Accountant to join its growing accounting team in Scottsdale, AZ. This is a highly visible role that has historically served as a launching point for future promotions within the organization. Bonus eligible position Key Responsibilities Prepare monthly and quarterly journal entries Perform balance sheet and bank reconciliations Assist with consolidated financial statement preparation Support quarterly and annual reporting requirements Maintain fixed asset accounting records Assist with SEC reporting and financial disclosures Support SOX compliance and internal control documentation Partner with auditors during quarterly reviews and annual audits Conduct accounting research and analysis of new accounting standards Participate in special projects and process improvement initiatives

Qualifications Required:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance 1-3+ years of accounting experience Strong Excel skills Excellent analytical and communication abilities Detail-oriented and organized approach Team-first mentality

CPA, CPA

candidate, or interest in pursuing CPA designation

Preferred:
