This position offers hands-on accounting experience, exposure to a growing operation, and clear opportunities for continued development and advancement. What You'll Do Prepare journal entries, account reconciliations, and month-end close activities Support financial reporting and analysis Assist with inventory accounting, purchase orders, and variance research Maintain accurate financial records in accordance with US GAAP Partner with accounting, operations, procurement, and field teams Support internal and external audit requests Identify process improvements and strengthen accounting controls Assist with special projects and continuous improvement initiatives What We're Looking For Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance 1-4 years of accounting experience Corporate accounting, public accounting, inventory, or operational accounting experience Strong Excel and analytical skills Detail-oriented with the ability to manage competing deadlines Clear written and verbal communication skills Comfortable working across accounting and operational teams
