In this role, you will be responsible for analyzing revenue cycle data to support financial performance and operational efficiency. The ideal candidate will have strong data analysis skills, particularly in Excel, and experience working with eClinicalWorks or similar electronic health record systems. You will play a key role in generating accurate reports, identifying trends, and providing insights to optimize revenue cycle management processes. Responsibilities Analyze revenue cycle data using Excel to identify patterns, discrepancies, and opportunities for improvement. Develop, maintain, and distribute comprehensive reports on billing, collections, accounts receivable, and other key financial metrics. Utilize eClinicalWorks or similar electronic health record systems to extract relevant data for reporting purposes. Collaborate with billing, coding, and finance teams to ensure data accuracy and integrity. Monitor revenue cycle performance indicators and prepare regular updates for management review. Support process improvement initiatives by providing detailed data analysis and actionable insights. Assist in troubleshooting reporting issues and implementing solutions to enhance data quality. Stay informed of industry best practices related to revenue cycle management and reporting tools. Skills Strong proficiency in data analysis with advanced skills in Excel, including pivot tables, formulas, and data visualization techniques. Experience working with eClinicalWorks or similar electronic health record systems is highly desirable. Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex datasets accurately. Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of data quality. Effective communication skills to present findings clearly and collaborate with cross-functional teams. Ability to prioritize tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Knowledge of healthcare revenue cycle processes is preferred but not required.
Pay:
$28.00 - $38.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
