Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Provide weekly cash flow analysis detailing actual v forecast
- Examine Accounts Payable, and Receivable Aging to review short/long term cash forecasts
- Review Labor compliance, including Certified Payroll Reporting and job specific local hiring requirements and apprentice ration requirements.
- Partner with operations and project teams to issue customer invoices promptly and follow up on outstanding balances to support healthy cash flow.
- Manage Month-End, Quarter-End, Journal Entries, Ensure JE policy is following appropriate documentation
- Knowledge of Monthly workers Comp Audits.
- Produce regular reports covering accounts receivable, contract status, job cost performance, and other financial metrics for management review Senior
