full-time Our client, a growing public company, is seeking a Senior Accountant to join their accounting team. This role offers excellent exposure to both general ledger accounting and technical accounting and provides a clear path for advancement within the organization. Responsibilities Prepare and review journal entries, account reconciliations, and supporting schedules. Assist with month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close activities. Support financial statement preparation in accordance with
U.S. GAAP.
Research and analyze technical accounting matters and document accounting conclusions. Partner with internal and external auditors during quarterly and annual audits. Maintain and improve internal controls and accounting processes. Assist with SEC reporting and compliance activities as needed. Analyze financial results and provide reporting to management. Collaborate cross-functionally to support business initiatives and accounting projects. Utilize Workday ERP and other financial systems to ensure data integrity and reporting accuracy. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. 3+ years of public accounting audit experience required. Experience auditing public company clients is required. CPA designation strongly preferred. Strong understanding of U.S. GAAP and financial reporting. Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
